Gentle Persuasive Approaches (GPA) in Dementia Care is a comprehensive, practical education program that provides knowledge, understanding and skill for person-centred dementia care.    This four hour abridged session is an overview of dementia and GPA, and will provide a better understanding of dementia and form a basis for those who wish to pursue further study .
